Chefs De Partie

We are looking to recruit Chefs de Partie to work in the 3 Acres kitchen. We offer training the 3 Acres way, so there will be opportunity to progress within our well-known and established restaurant. There will also be opportunity to work for our outside catering company Woodfired Oven Co in a live fire cooking environment in the outdoors, for private events and weddings.

Under the lead of Head Chef Tom Davies, we work with the best of ingredients, to exacting standards, producing finessed dishes that change seasonally.

Own transport is essential. Live in accommodation is available 5 nights a week Wednesday to Sunday (our current opening days).

Salary negotiable subject to appropriate experience. Weekly share of the Tronc tip system with an average annual forecast is between £5,000-£7,000 in addition to salary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (part-time vacancies also available)

Salary: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Benefits: Company pension, cycle to work scheme, discounted or free food, employee discount, on-site parking

Schedule: Split shifts over 4 days, straight shift on Sundays

Supplemental pay types: Tips

Ability to commute/relocate: Huddersfield HD8 8L - reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience: One year (preferred)

Commis Chefs

Restaurant Manager

We are searching for an outstanding Restaurant Manager, with great front of house skills and experience in a similar role, who is capable of delivering high quality customer service. 

You will be managing this renowned restaurant, working in a busy, demanding environment and helping to deliver a finessed menu to our discerning diners. You will also be expected to train service staff to our exacting standards. 

Own transport is required for this role. Salary is £26-28k plus tips (we use Tronc system for tips, which are around £5-£7k per year).

Currently the 3 Acres opens 5 days a week, from Wednesday to Sunday.

Bar Staff

We are currently recruiting bar staff at the 3 Acres.

Experience would be advantageous, but may not be necessary for the right, hard-working candidate, as you will be trained the 3 Acres way.

Applicants must be of a positive and enthusiastic disposition and have excellent interpersonal skills. A common sense approach and forward-thinking nature is required, as is an ability to adapt in a fast-paced, busy environment.

Waiting Staff

We are looking to recruit front of house waiting staff, with part time and full time roles available to join our friendly team.

Working in a busy environment, previous experience is beneficial, though not essential as training will be given. The ideal candidates will be team players and have a polite manner and personality, able to deliver great customer service.
