We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our bar team and deliver an exceptional drinks experience in our busy restaurant. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, creativity, and a focus on customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the bar
- Leading, training, and motivating the bar team
- Creating and maintaining a high-quality drinks menu, including cocktails and specials
- Managing stock, efficient cellar management, ordering, and minimising wastage
- Ensuring excellent customer service and a vibrant atmosphere
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a fast-paced venue
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Passion for mixology, craft cocktails, and high-quality drinks
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
