We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Leading, training, and motivating the front-of-house team
- Ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
- Managing bookings, rotas, and stock control
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality
- A natural leader with strong people management skills
- Passion for great food, drink, and customer service
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
