New Year’s Day At The 3 Acres With The Cross Country Chasers

Kick off 2026 with a true country tradition. Join us in the field from 10am on New Year’s Day for a spectacular morning with the Cross Country Chasers.

• Hounds arrive: 10am
• Horses in traditional turnout: 10:30am

(If you’d like to ride out, please contact the Cross Country Chasers team directly via Facebook. The hounds will not be going out with the horses and will depart before the ride.)

Food & Drink

• Bacon sandwiches, coffees & hot doughnuts: 10am–12pm
• Bratwursts: 12pm–4pm
• Full bar from 10am–5pm, including mulled wine, sloe gin & beers

Indoor Space & Dining

We’ve reserved the entire bar in the restaurant for the event with tables available and no booking needed: perfect if the weather turns.

For those wanting a more formal Acres lunch experience in the restaurant, service is available 12-5pm and bookings are essential via our website.
